Tuna Casserole
- 4 cans white tuna
- 3/8 cup minced onion
- 3/4 cup chopped celery
- 3/4 cup thin sliced carrots
- 1 bag shredded cheddar cheese or cut up american cheese
- 3/4 pound medium shells pasta
- can of peas ?
- Lite olive oil
- Milk whole
- salt and pepper to taste
- Cook pasta then drain
- Add cheddar cheese - mix in
- Add tuna
- Add vegetables
- Add olive oil - mix
- Add oil and milk until there is a small amount of liquid sauce left on pasta
